Linea ar srl has a state-of-the-art, software-controlled plants and machinery to ensure the best quality of the final product and the most efficient production cycle possible.
Linea ar srl’s production cycle is based on efficiency and flexibility in managing client orders by handling small and large production batches seamlessly.
Our state-of-the-art moulding machines allow consistency in mould quality thanks to machine parameters monitored in real time by software, and maximum flexibility thanks to inverters that allow the machine to operate on more than one mould at a time, even with different casting parameters optimised for each mould.
Our plants are subject to ongoing planned preventive maintenance in line with our ISO:9001 quality policy to ensure the proper functioning of all machinery.

Rigid and Compact Polyurethane
Weight
Our production facilities allow us to produce items weighing from 100 g up to a maximum of 35 kg.
Small as well as large volume articles can be produced. This versatility and, in particular, the ability to produce large objects are one of the strengths of polyurethane – where the cost of moulding equipment in other plastics would be economically prohibitive, if not technically unfeasible.
Minimum order
From a minimum of five to ten pieces depending on dimensions and geometry.
Linea ar srl’s production versatility allows its clients to place orders for even small batches with reduced lead times, reducing the need for stockpiling and enabling just-in-time procurement.
Recommended quantities
Up to 2,000 pieces per year/mould.
Small minimum batches do not necessarily mean being limited to small annual productions. In fact, the Linea ar moulding process allows up to 2,000 moulds per year.
