Compact polyurethane (CSP)
Mainly used to harness its greater mechanical strength and to minimise thickness.
It is used for the production of technical and design components, when high technical characteristics in combination with thin material thicknesses are required.
Can be used with both resin and aluminium moulds, depending on needs and requirements.
Metal inserts and screw-in sleeves can be embedded in the material to increase mechanical properties or to facilitate later assembly operations.
There are many possible finishes: glossy/matt, textured, metallic and chrome up to leather and fabric upholstery.

Technical features
The compact polyurethane is also available in a GS version, solid-colour black and characterised by its extraordinary tensile strength and elastic module. Typically used for industrial applications where aesthetic finishing is not required. For example, water handling shovels, moving ground, objects subject to impact, valves, etc. The solid-coloured BayDur GS also reduces costs by not requiring painting. Does not change colour if scratched as it is solid-coloured.
