- Complete 3D design for clients who do not have 3D files but only a prototype, an idea or a sketch;
- Modification of client’s 3D mathematics to suit polyurethane moulding requirements
The design is based on product characteristics or real models, which will later become fundamental for the moulding of the final products.

3D CAD design of moulds
Linea ar srl is personally involved in the design and creation of moulds in cooperation with selected mould-making partners. This allows Linea ar srl to ensure that moulds are designed according to their needs and requirements.
Specifically, the company specialises in mould design to simulate openings, closing planes, undercuts, and works closely with its toolmakers to find the best solutions for mould operation by optimising them for its production process.
