Our services
1
Defining requirements
Consulting, identifying needs and information gathering are the first important steps in the development of a new idea or project. This makes it possible to structure the project and its requirements and then provide in-depth analysis of the various options with a feasibility study.
2
Feasibility study
Through a detailed and precise assessment, one or more customised solutions and their possible weaknesses are identified, which must be resolved before any type of product is created. The feasibility study allows the assessment of technical solutions for the development of the project and is the starting point for providing the client with an accurate quote.
3
3D Design
Thanks to 3D modelling, we are able to guarantee a faster turnaround in generating the client’s executive project, taking care of both the entire project design phase and any adaptations in the required polyurethane moulding shapes according to the client’s needs.
4
Structural analysis
Structural analysis, also known as FEM analysis, makes it possible to produce an advance simulation of the design’s structural behaviour (cracks, bending) according to its use or function, making it easier to produce safe designs. FEM also makes it possible to optimise product thickness, volume and weight .

Materials
Rigid structural polyurethane
A versatile polymer with impressive technical features, offering flexibility both in the creation of unique shapes and sizes and lending itself to various types of finishes.
Technical data
Density: 400-650 Kg/mc
“Extraordinary freedom of design with a high-performance, premium material“
Compact polyurethane (CSP)
Rigid compact polyurethane is a polymer with high mechanical performance. It is particularly suitable in cases where high mechanical strength and/or minimal thickness are required.
Technical data
Density: 850-1.100 Kg/mc
“A high-strength material ideal for minimal thickness and superior mechanical properties“
Flexible polyurethane (MDI)
A soft and comfortable polyurethane foam. Its soft and comfortable characteristics make it ideal for the production of cushions and seats with great ergonomic designs, thanks to the moulds.
Technical data
Density: 60-80 Kg/mc
“The best flexible polyurethane on the market. It has excellent comfort and load-bearing characteristics”
